Stage 1: Design and Quotation
Share artwork, reference samples or a simple sketch. Our team confirms fabric, construction, logo technique and packaging, then issues a detailed quotation covering unit price ranges, MOQ and lead times. Most quotations are returned within one business day.
Stage 2: Sampling
- Pre-production samples are completed in 5-7 working days (7-10 days for knitted and felt styles)
- Buyers review fit, color against Pantone references, logo placement and stitching
- One round of revisions is included; sample fees are credited back on bulk orders
Stage 3: Confirmation and Bulk Production
After written sample approval, bulk production runs 15-25 days for woven caps and 20-30 days for knits, berets and sets. Materials are batch-tested before cutting, and embroidery or printing is verified on first-off pieces before the line continues.
Stage 4: Quality Control and Shipping
- In-line checks during sewing and finishing
- Final AQL inspection covering stitching, measurements, color and logo quality
- Carton-level packing lists and export documentation prepared for your forwarder
